As a CPA (inactive) and certified expert in Lean Tools and Six Sigma Green Belt, Bologa brings a level of financial discipline and process improvement rarely found in educational leadership. At PCI, these skills have been instrumental in streamlining operations, enhancing financial health, and reinvesting in student resources and infrastructure.
